Andrew Gilchrist
Andrew has spent the majority of his career involved in various aspects of leadership. As a senior partner with Egon Zehnder, he specialised in CEO, CFO and Board engagements, as well as individual and team assessments. Andrew started his career serving as an army officer in Germany and Northern Ireland and, after business school, spent five years with The Boston Consulting Group. He subsequently joined the Financial Times Group where he started FT.com and led the paper’s international operations. Since 2017, Andrew has been concentrating full time on coaching senior executives in substantial leadership positions, helping them realise their own best potential. He is a Meyler Campbell trained Executive Coach and an Affiliate of the Institute of Coaching at the McLean/Harvard Medical School.
